My today’s baking.
Why just it ?I don’t know ,but maybe that,I will have pudding.
Otherwise for the same idea fell into my dear sister.
I used the recipe from Bake&Taste blog.
The batter is brilliant and the same recipe-very easy.
Mine is little changed.
indgredients:
dought:
- 300 g wheat flour
- 200g butter
- 100g caster sugar
- 2 yolks
other:
- 2 medium apples
- cinnamon
- 2 spoons sugar
- 1/2 litres of wanilla pudding (i used 2 packet)
- 60 g. walnut
- handful of almondflakes
directions.
From butter,flour and sugar do shortbread and chill it about 30 minutes.
Form for tart (25-27 cm diameter) buttered and sprinkle breadcrumbs.
Put dough on and prick it with fork,next cover it with parchment and convicts (for example peas.)
and bake in 180 deg. about 7-8 min. ,next take the parchment of and bake over the next 7 minutes.
Do the pudding.
On the part-baked tart put the sliced apple and put on the pudding.
Next sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Baked 30 min.
Ffter put from owen of dust with almondflakes.
Cool before servin
